    I never received a download link.

    Please make sure to check your spam folder, just to be on the safe side. There can be a delay sometimes for payments being processed. In which case, you won't receive your download link, until the payment has been processed. Please be patient, and wait 30 minutes. If none of that works, head on over to the contact page and let us know.

    How does your payment process work?

    Our gateway is PayPal. We accept PayPal payments, as well as all major Credit Cards through PayPal. If you have a Credit Card, you don't need to register for PayPal to order. PayPal is very safe, and all information is given through there, so we do not have access to any of your personal info, such as Credit Card Numbers.

    I got my login details and logged in, but there's nowhere to go.

    Currently our login system does not really have any functionality. We're working on integrating a download area, so that your themes will be downloadable forever, as long as you remember your login details. But since there's no download area for purchased themes, you'll need to make sure you download it before the link expires. The link only expires if your IP changes. In many places, IPs change up to once a day, so it's best that you download immediately to be on the safe side.

    What license does WPmonk use?

    We use the GNU GPL license, which stands for 'General Public License'. This license gives a lot of freedoms to our customers, which is something that we pride ourselves on. While editing/modifying is completely fine with us, we do ask of our customers not to redistribute on a mass scale. However, if you setup your theme onto a website, it's perfectly fine to sell the theme packaged with it.

    What do you include in theme updates?

    We offer free theme updates to individual theme purchases, and memberships. These updates include coding fixes, updated graphics, color schemes, control panel upgrades, and basically any extra functionality that our users will appreciate.


Membership

    I clicked to buy a membership, but nothing happened.

    While we do plan to release memberships, we aren't currently offering them as of right now. We'd like our memberships to be a great deal, so we will postpone our membership feature, until we have more than 3 themes released. Please keep watch, though - we're working very hard to bring plenty more themes to WPmonk.
